Indiana Technology & Innovation Association Terms & Conditions for Media Release

By checking the box and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you understand and consent to the following:

* Videos must not contain vulgar, inappropriate language, or signs. Any submissions violating this rule will be discarded. Participants submitting videos must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting a video, you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions, including that you are granting permission to the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association to download, view video, and opt-in to share with the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association through Spokenote. Please note that any submission not meeting these requirements will not be used by the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association. In addition, the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association reserves the right to discard or reject any submission as it determines in its sole discretion.

1. Usage Rights: ou grant the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association, its legal representatives, and any individuals and parties acting on behalf of or affiliated with the Indiana Technology & Innovation Association with permission and authority, the unrestricted right to:
   • Copyright, use, re-use, publish, republish, in whole or in part, any photographs, video, or representations of you.
   • Apply any changes or transformations to said media.
   • Utilize the media through any existing or future mediums for purposes including but not limited to illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade.
   You also waive and disclaim any rights to ownership of and compensation for the video.
2. Printed Material, Radio, Video & Digital/Social Media: You permit the use of any printed material, radio, video or digital media in association with the aforementioned media.
3. Waiver of Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or any printed material that may be used in association with the media.
4. Release from Liability: You release all of Indiana Technology & Innovation Association from any and all liabilities, including but not limited to any claims arising from alterations, distortions, or optical illusions in the media, and any potential claims for libel or invasion of privacy or license infringement.
5. Age Confirmation & Understanding: You affirm that you are over the age of majority and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the contents of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Binding Agreement: This agreement is binding on you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by, construed and interpreted under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
